Hi, I'm Presley
I was that guy.
Carrying real responsibility as a husband, provider, and new father, and completely out of alignment. Not failing on paper. But disconnected in ways that mattered. Physically depleted. Spiritually scattered.
I tried the fitness programs. The morning routines. The podcasts. None of it stuck because I was treating symptoms while the root was dying.
What changed wasn't a new system. It was a decision to stop separating the physical, the spiritual, and the relational, and train all three like they belong together. Because they do. Colossians 3:23 doesn't have asterisks.
That's what Project 412 is built on. And that's what these 14 days are about. I want to spare you years of drift. Let's get to work.
Fitness program with no spiritual foundation, you get in shape but still feel empty
Devotionals with no physical discipline, conviction without follow-through
Leadership content that's either corporate or fluffy, nothing that actually lands at home
Trying to "start fresh" on Monday... again
Treating your body, your faith, and your family as three separate problems to manage
Train the whole man: body, mind, and spirit together, not in rotation
Build a standard for yourself that holds on hard days, not just good ones
Lead from who you are, not how you feel on a given morning
Show up at home as a man your family can count on, not what's left after everything else
Get 14 days of structured, daily input that actually builds toward something
Here's what the next 14 days actually look like:

Most men don't have a floor, they have a mood. Week one is about building the baseline you hold regardless of circumstances. Physically. Spiritually. At home.

Each day you'll get a short, focused challenge in three areas: physical training, spiritual discipline, and family leadership. Not a firehose. One brick at a time.

Day 3 and Day 13 are benchmark days. You'll test the 412 Standard, a simple but honest measure of where you are. The goal isn't a number. It's knowing you showed up and something moved.

If you're a Christian man, husband, father, or both, who knows something is off but can't put your finger on it, yes. You don't have to be in bad shape. You don't have to be in crisis. You just have to be honest that you could be more present and more intentional than you are right now.
Over 14 days, you'll get a daily challenge covering physical training, spiritual discipline, and family leadership. Each one is short, focused, and doable. I need one thing from you: show up every day. That's the whole deal.
No catch. I built this because I believe if I can help you get real momentum in 14 days, you'll know whether you want to go deeper with Project 412. That's the business model, earn your trust first.
